This is the famous "slap in the face" dance... Fred gets slapped by Ginger's sleeve in the first hard twirl! They did sever more takes, but ended up with this take, the firs take. Fred said he didn't know what happened. It was like some one socked him in the face! That dress ways 30 lbs.
